About Paula
Paula trained as a barrister and spent almost two decades working as an insurance lawyer.
Paula's passion
She has a passionate interest in diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, equality, social justice, and giving back to the community. While employed by Zurich Insurance, a multinational insurer, in addition to providing her primary legal services, she was involved in several initiatives. She is most proud of two in particular: she established and coordinated a lunchtime reading scheme at a local primary school in Tower Hamlets and Zurich UK’s first multicultural employee resource group. She has self-published six multicultural children’s books under her previous imprint, Amlap Publishing.
